Surplus Online accepts orders from both wholesale customers and the general public. Orders can be made by calling our customer service department at 888-303-8586. Payment can be made via check, money order, and credit card.
We continue to add items to our website. We will notify you when a new part is available if you sign up for our email notification.
Some of our items do require specialized information and therefore must be ordered on the phone as to make sure you will receive the correct item.
We are a division of RV Marketing, Inc. Our offices are located in Elkhart, Indiana -- often called the "RV Capital of the World." Close proximity to parts manufacturers, converters, and RV companies gives us the chance to offer brand new parts at surplus prices.
We do ship the majority of our products Fedex Ground. Some small orders as well as international orders are shipped via Priority Mail. Large items like furniture and runningboards are shipped via Common Carrier.
Each item has a different lead time. If the part you ordered requires specific fabric, for example, build-time could be over two weeks. We do ship a large volume of orders so most stock items are processed and shipped in 2-3 working days The items that will have a known extended lead time will be noted on the individual pages such as furniture, carpet mats, mattresses, and more.
